Get Fit and Have Fun!

The StarFun and Fitness program introduces participants to lifetime aquatic fun and fitness. StarFun and Fitness is not organized by color stages, and it does not have benchmark skills like the other swimming courses, because the activities include a wide variety of experiences. Each activity module is designed to be conducted independently – the skills don’t build on each other – and the module can be adapted to the ability levels and ages of the participants. 

HomeSchool Curriculum

We can build an 8 lesson homeschool curriculm for your co-op or small homeschool group.  This is a great way to learn improatn water safety skills and get some terrific physical education! Reach out to set up a program!
